The Delaware file number is stamped in the upper corner of your formation documents originally filed with the Delaware Secretary of State. It is also located on the letter we provided to you with this Web address.

A corporation should have the following information ready:

Name and address of at least one officer and all directors
One sentence statement of the purpose of the company
Address of the principal place of business
